This film is brilliant! Great storyline, fabulous effects, and Brendan Fraser is lovely, but so is the Egyptian man with the long black hair! Great, go see it! The Mummy Returns is good, rip-roaring fun - it doesn't aspire to be anything other than a good couple of hours of cinema - it makes a change from some of the other big star vehicles that have lots of teeth and bods and not a lot else!
What a load of cheesy rubbish! All I can say is cheese, cheese with cheese on top, oh, and I'll have some cheese on that please.

The Mummy Returns is full of action and breath-taking scenes which will amuse you throughout the movie, particularly "baby mummies". Found myself looking at my watch wondering how much longer it was going to go on. The plot, revolving around re-incarnation and resurrection, and an annoying young boy - just didn't cut it. The effects are good, but we've seen them before. Don't miss this one - I'm going to see it again! Brendan and Rachel were fantastic and the chemistry between them makes the movies bubble with liveliness. This film blows its predecessor out of the water! It is raunchy, fast-paced and edge of the seat excitement for all the family. The Mummy Returns will never be confused with Citizen Kane or Rashomon, but it was a delicious bit of nonsense and delivered more bang for the buck than most other films released this year.
